About the Presenter: Shailushi Ritchie, Sevah Consulting
Shailushi Ritchie is the CEO and Founder of Sevah Consulting and focuses her work on providing interim executive leadership services to organizations in transition, often incorporating aspects of strategic and operational planning, governance, board training, and change management. She has served as Interim Executive Director for several Chicago and national organizations and helped organizations maintain stability and structure for nonprofits during a significant transition.
Shailushi has a deep and wide background in nonprofit management and business operations, including the key functions of development, program management and evaluation, media advocacy, and coalition management.
Shailushi lives in Oak Park, IL, with her husband, two kids, and two cats. When she has a little free time, she likes to hone her cooking and mixology skills, work on her never-ending cross-stitch projects, or get out and enjoy some sunshine.
