About this session: Whether your organization is just getting to the point where an audit is necessary or you have been doing them for years and are looking for some best practices to make the experience run a bit smoother, this training will leave you feeling confident about your upcoming audit. Really. In this session Megan will cover at a high level the requirements for an audit and make sure you understand the "why" behind what your auditor may be asking for. She will cover practical action items that you can put in place to ensure the the experience runs a smoothly as possible from your organization's end. Additionally, Megan will go over common issues identified by auditors so that you can take a proactive approach with your fiscal management and be on the lookout for potential pain points. We can't say that you'll ever "look forward" to your year end audit, but after this training you can feel confident and well-prepared.
