About this Session:

Marketing your organization is more effective with a roadmap: one that engages your stakeholders and moves them toward action. This workshop is designed for anyone who is interested in either writing or updating an existing marketing plan. Learn how to make your marketing plan an actionable extension of your strategic plan. Participants will write a measurable objective, view the state of their organization through the lens of a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, identify target audiences, and create a communications calendar to bring those audiences closer to the mission. Walk away with the basics of a plan and tools to implement that plan. Bring your strategic and/or marketing plans if they are available.
