About this Session: Don’t let fear of the unknown keep your organization from embarking on what could be a transformational fundraising opportunity. During this session we will discuss the basics of campaign fundraising and what it might mean for your culture and operations. We will also share insights on the critical areas we examine in assessing campaign readiness with our clients: internal preparedness, case for support, donor engagement and leadership.

Susan YatesAbout the Presenter: Katelyn Martin, Associate Consultant, Campbell & Company brings a unique combination of development and consulting experience to her work at Campbell & Company.  During her time in the for-profit sector, Katelyn was a consultant for The Hackett Group, a global management consulting firm serving a wide array of Fortune 500 clients.  Katelyn’s development experience includes positions with the Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana and the Boston Children’s Chorus.  In these positions she managed the Raiser’s Edge database, oversaw the direct mail program, executed large-scale events and maintained a portfolio of donors. Since joining Campbell & Company in 2013, Katelyn has worked in numerous sectors including arts & culture, higher education, and healthcare, and has advised clients on campaigns ranging from $5 to $50 million.  She has special interest in using analytics to support fundraising. Katelyn is a graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Music in Arts Management with a minor in Business Institutions. Katelyn is an Associate Board Member of the Merit School of Music.
