About this Session: Attend the free first session—a series overview held virtually—to learn about the role and responsibilities of nonprofit boards. At the end of the overview, presenters from each of the topic-specific workshops will give a brief introduction to their session.

About the Presenter: Suzanne Griffith, Founder and Managing Principal, VEGA Partners LLC

Suzanne Griffith is the Managing Principal and Founder of VEGA Partners, a comprehensive social impact consulting firm. Her experience spans corporate social responsibility in the energy and banking sectors to philanthropic fundraising and management in the human services and arts sectors. Her global perspective guides the company in consistently delivering transformational solutions for corporate, public and philanthropic clients. Suzanne is a dedicated volunteer with commitments to the Grants Committee of the African American Legacy Fund at the Chicago Community Trust, Board of Directors of the Association of Consultants to Nonprofits, and C0-Chair of the Chicago Dancemakers Forum REVV Campaign. She also serves on the Board of VXPass, a blockchain based verified health record application.
